What a shortlist includes
GiftFitly uses AI and shopping search to suggest products and explain their fit. Scores reflect the clues you provide; they are not guarantees of quality, authenticity, safety, suitability or seller reliability. Check the product, price, variant, stock, delivery and return terms with the seller before buying. GiftFitly does not sell or ship the recommended products.
Credits and pricing
Your first successful shortlist is free once per verified account, subject to trial capacity and abuse limits. One credit is reserved for a new product search. At least three qualifying matches use that credit; failures, confirmed cancellations and fewer than three matches return it. Cancellation after completion does not undo the completed search charge.
Paid packs are 3 shortlists for $2.99 USD or 10 shortlists for $6.99 USD. They are one-time purchases with no subscription or credit expiry. The final payment total is shown in Stripe before you pay. Product purchases, shipping and seller taxes are separate.
Reopening, comparing or removing an existing shortlist does not use another credit. Credits are tied to your account and are not cash. Temporary outages or provider limits may delay new searches.
Payments and refunds
Contact support about an incorrect charge or to request a refund. Credits belonging to a refunded purchase are removed; a refund or dispute involving used credits may require an account review. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.
Responsible use
Do not create accounts to circumvent free-trial limits, submit material without permission, misuse other people’s information or interfere with the service. We may limit abusive activity or pause an account while resolving a payment or security issue.
